The TRACKCATS rolled into the Mason County Indoor Complex for their 2nd ID Meet of the season and once again proved that they are progressing each week.

The Teams recorded 22 Indoor Personal Records and 2 Indoor School Records.

Sophomore Isabella Copher sat on the hip of St Henry runner for 5 of the 6 laps in the 1600 Meters and edged out her opponent in thousands of a second at 5:56.95 for the second Indoor School Record on the day.

The first ISR came earlier in the morning during the Pole Vault competition when Sophomore Kaylee Staviski completed a vault of 6-00. Copher finished 1st in the 1600 Meters and Staviski 5th in the Pole Vault.


The Girls Team finished 4th of 14 teams with Carrie Staviski adding 6 points & Isabella Copher scoring 4 points in the 800 Meter Run, then Copher added 10 & Staviski 6 in the 1600 Meters. The 4×400 Meter Relay Team of Amelia Oldfield, Kristin Riddle, Hadley Alderman & Carrie Staviski added 4 points and Kaylee Staviski 4 in the pole Vault. Madelyne English added 8 points and Jenna Cassady 2 in the Shot Put competition. Makayla Blackburn added 10 point in the Pentathlon.

The Boys Team placed 9th of 12 teams and with James Overholser scoring 1 point in the 1600 Meters and adding 5 more in the 3000 Meter Run. The 4×800 Meter Team of James Overholser, Taylor Purvis, Hunter Middleton & Eric Townsend recorded 5 points. In the Pole Vault Taylor Purvis added 4 and Jacob Easton 2 points. Easton added another point in the Triple Jump and Gabe Jones scored 2 in the Shot Put.

(SP) Jenna Cassady, Kylie Willis, Kiki Howard, Gabby Hill, Gabe Jones.
