The Bath County Girls Soccer team is advancing to their 4th consecutive 61st District Championship game after defeating the Fleming County Lady Panthers in a hard fought game 3-1. The Ladycats started the game well, playing with energy and getting an early goal.  The Lady Panthers came roaring back, evening the score and outplaying the Ladycats for the remainder of the half. The team regrouped at halftime, playing with more focus and keeping Fleming County scoreless in the second half. Sadara Copher scored all of the goals for the Ladycats, getting her 7th hat trick of the season. Madelyne English had a great game in the goal, with 14 saves. The whole team pulled together to preserve the win and advance to the championship game which will be played at 6:00 on Thursday against the Rowan County Lady Vikings at Fleming County.
