Boys Varsity Basketball, Girls Varsity Basketball · Wildcats No-Show at Raceland; Girl/Boy Doubleheader Tonight at Rowan County


The Bath County Wildcats had a long week off and it got even longer at Raceland Saturday.

The Rams disposed of the Cats 55-37 as they dropped to 11-14 on the season.

Chandler Otis had the only pulse for Bath County as he finished with 16 points.

Raceland was led in scoring by Kirk Pence’s 17 points.

The Bath County Lady Cats and Wildcats will play a girl/boy doubleheader tonight at Rowan County.

The girls game will start at 6pm and the boys will start around 7:45pm.

The Lady Cats are 14-9 on the season while the Lady Vikings are 16-6. In their last matchup in Owingsville the Lady Vikings won 65-45 on December 1st.

The Wildcats will play the Vikings who have a record of 20-2 on the season. In their last matchup Rowan won 76-70 on December 1st.

This will be the Wildcats and Lady Cats last 61st district game of the season. The Lady Cats are 3-2 while the Wildcats are 2-3. The Rowan County Lady Vikings are 4-1 on the season and the Vikings are 5-0.
